GFS&T Club General Manager

Great Falls Swim & Tennis Club is seeking a General Manager who has a passion for leading community organizations and helping them operate the the highest level possible to create an engaged, active, and thriving community. We're looking for an entrepreneurial, organized, and capable self-starter interested in serving our community by building relationships with community members, managing the Club's facilities, services, and equipment, and leading fun, engaging programs for members of all ages. The ideal candidate will consistently demonstrate true “pride of ownership” through their work ethic, business and operations acumen, open and honest communication, and people management skills. We are searching for a leader who is committed to preserving the legacy of a beloved community organization and who will care for the Club like it is their home while creating and driving modern initiatives that address the Club’s current and future needs.

Court & Grounds Year-Round Maintenance Crew

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to help lead the upkeep of our Club. The maintenance crew is responsible for tasks to maintain our tennis courts, walkways and general public areas. Training will be provided. The hours of employment are flexible within the following timeframes: 6:30AM-12:00PM and 5PM-11PM. 2025 Summer Pool Staff - Pool Managers and Lifeguards

We are incredibly excited to be working with High Sierra Pools again this summer to staff and manage our pool operations. High Sierra Pools’ founding principles - safety, teamwork, and customer service - have guided the company for a quarter of a century and resulted in very high client reviews. We would love to have a pool staff full of GFS&T members.

**Summer Youth Camp Counselors and Court & Grounds Crew

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Club team and help us host a fun and relaxing summer season for our members.  Roles available on our summer Club staff include Youth camp counselors and court & grounds crew.  A pre-season training session will be scheduled in mid-May.  Ideal candidates will be available to work at least 20 hours during most weeks from Memorial Day through Labor Day.   • Youth Camp Counselors - Counselors are expected to actively engage with our campers and support or facilitate camp activities. We offer three weeks of Youth Camp. Each camp runs 8:30-2:30 (or 3:30 for aftercare).

    • Session 1: June 23-27, 2025 (Enrollment Status: Not open yet)

    • Session 2: July 14-18, 2025 (Enrollment Status: Not open yet)

    • Session 3: August 4-8, 2025 (Enrollment Status: Not open yet)

  • Club Crew: The GFS&T Club Crew assists the General Manager with a range of tasks.

    • Court & Grounds Crew - Our Court & Grounds crew will be responsible for preparing the courts and pool for use prior to opening each day, assist tennis staff as needed, keep tennis courts clean of debris including using a leaf blower when needed, empty garbage cans, ensure water coolers are filled throughout the day, patrol tennis area for ball searches, and answering the Club phone professionally. Hours range from 6:30am-10:00pm.

    • Snack Bar Attendant - Snack Bar Attendants are responsible for preforming a variety of duties within our snack bar area, including preparing and fulfilling member food/drink orders, cleaning the food or stock areas, cleaning tables in pavilion area, assisting with inventory management, and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the manager on duty. Hours range from 11:45am-9:15pm

    • Event Staff - Event Staff assists the General Manager will a range of responsibilities to plan and execute our range of Club events. Hours will include pre-, during, and post-event needs, and timing varies by event.
